  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–4 business days (additional fees apply)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be available — check our homepage for current offers.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Use this tracking number to monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Tututoy is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer support within 7 days at info@ecovib.com. We will assist you in filing claims and arranging replacements when applicable.
