Refund policy
At Ecovib, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that you may change your mind or experience issues with the products you ordered. This returns policy is designed to inform you about return procedures, applicable conditions, and your rights as a customer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original conditions, with all labels intact and without signs of use or damage.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, ensuring they are properly protected during transit.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If the above conditions are not met (e.g., product worn, damaged, soiled, or missing labels), 50% of the amount will be deducted from the refund or voucher, and no exchange will be granted.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Notify us that you would like to return the item and include the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return label.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
- Send the returned product via the carrier. Full details will be provided on the return label.
Note: Once the return label has been issued, you have a maximum of thirty (30) days to hand the package over to the carrier. After this period, the label will be automatically canceled and the return will be refused. No further returns will be accepted for this order.
Important:
Any package returned outside carrier size limits, poorly packed, or not conforming to carrier requirements may incur additional charges billed directly by the shipping company.
In such cases, the exact amount billed by the carrier will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and inspected.
Please follow packaging guidelines and respect carrier dimensions to avoid delays.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund or exchange according to our returns policy.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We offer the following options for returns:
Exchanges (change of size, color, etc.):
Exchanges are free of charge, regardless of your shipping location. No return shipping fees will be applied.
Refund or exchange (manufacturing defect or our error):
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or any issue caused by us, there will be no charges.
If a refund is issued to your original payment method, it will be processed within a minimum of ten (10) business days from the date the return is approved.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
Please note that certain exceptions may apply, particularly for:
- Sale items (offered at a discounted price for a limited time)
- Customized products
- Specially ordered products
